    The service was mostly attentive, though there were

    Some instances where it fell short, particularly during our arrival. The overall vibe was warm and cute. The kids' club was an unexpected highlight, as Katarina engages with the children, allowing parents to enjoy downtime while knowing their little ones are well cared for.

    Breakfast was marvellous, panoramic views, strategic location close to the town and mount Titlis, the restaurant and the mountains. We got the boutique room and it was perfect. The room had a private safe, a coffee/tea maker, and a work desk.

    Braw spot, had a right cracking time! The spa with the infinity pool was pure bliss, overlooking the snowy peaks. Only downside was the breakfast service could've been a wee bit faster. Would come back in a heartbeat!

    Engelberg vibes are just next level 🏔️

    The spa with that heated pool was something else, I could chill there all day. Plus, brekkie on the balcony with those mountain views? Ja, no, pure bliss! The staff were proper legends, always ready to help like chommies.

    Dinner was a bit of a letdown compared to the rest of the experience, kinda took away from the 5-star vibe.

    The heated pool in the spa offers a fantastic way to relax after a day of adventure, and the amazing mountain views from the balcony during breakfast make mornings a nice experience.

    Dinner left something to be desired considering the rest of the experience. The restaurant didn't quite deliver the same 5-star vibe. Navigation after dark can be tricky since nearby paths are unlit. The bar's cocktails didn't match the high price tag, lacking finesse in preparation, disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

    The spa and heated pool were a nice touch, but why was my room upgrade non-existent? A special treatment wouldve been nice considering all the hassle. Can we talk about the toilet not being cleaned properly? Absolutely ridiculous, not worth the high price at all. I almost thought about a good review, but just couldn't.

    This hotel is just wow! The rooms are super comfy, and the views from the balcony are fine. Breakfast was a feast with lots of fresh stuff to choose from. The staff was mega friendly and helpful. And that spa? It's a total paradise, loved chillin there!

    But i had some issues with the electricity in the room, and the housekeeping was kinda lacking, had to ask for stuff a few times. It was a letdown when it comes to service considering how nice the place is.
